These Nalgene centrifuge bottle sealing cap assembly designed to provide a secure, leak-resistant seal during high-speed centrifugation. The assembly comprises a polypropylene screw cap and shoulder ring, ETFE plug and fluoroelastomer O-ring. It is autoclavable and is designed for use with selected 250 and 290 mL Nalgene centrifuge bottles with a 38 mm closure.
